Tigers are amazing, beautiful animals full of strength, agility and stealth like abilities. So many tigers have been hunted it seems that people want to wipe out all tigers. About 500 tigers are killed each year which is way more than how many tigers kill people which is only 60 each year. It is estimated that there are only 5,000 tigers left in the wild due to habitat destruction, illegal hunting, and medicine making. Tigers live in the jungle and normally don't hurt or kill people, but when they are threatened by humans they attack trying to defend themselves. The most rarest tiger of all is the white tiger (below). You can only find then in captivity because poachers hunt white tigers more because of their lovely coat.
